You can login using normal Tibia 8.0 and ipchanger OR download this client which has built in cam functionality which gives you access to record and play videos directly from the client!

Download and Installation:

Download the game (approx. 19 MB):
OriginalTibia Client (RAR)
OriginalTibia Client (ZIP)
Unpack the folder to wanted destination and start "OriginalTibia.exe".
You may now login.
To record videos, simply press start CAM at the top left corner. To play videos, login with an empty account & password
